The not so small fine print

We want our customers to be completely satisfied. We also understand sometimes you might make a mistake or an item is not what you thought it would be. In that case our no quibble refunds and returns policy is here to help.  If the item delivered is not the same as the item ordered or as described at the point of purchase, we offer a 100% full refund on the purchase price.

All of our stock are brand new products with official guarantees. The period of guarantee may differ with the brand.  As a rule, a limited warranty is offered for defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one to three years depending on the manufacturer.  Warranty does not cover normal wear, damage from use or similar.  Warranties are void if the item is misused or tampered with in any way such as modification beyond the purpose intended, or attempted self service of an item such as regulator.

We are confident that you will be extremely pleased with your new piece of gear. If, however, you are not fully satisfied or the item is the wrong size, you can return the item for reasons other than those above within 14 days of delivery using a documented transport method with a parcel-tracking feature back to our store. You’re responsible for sending the item back to us, so we always recommend an insured trackable service.

The item must be returned in unused, unworn and unopened condition with all the original packaging, warranty papers, instruction manuals, tags, and the completed return form.   The presentation box, item, packaging, documentation and any other content must be returned in perfect original condition and without evidence of having been worn, used, activated, handled or tampered with.

Please note that any free gifts or offers included with the original order must also be included with the returned item in the conditions stated above.

Once the item has been received, we’ll inspect it. If it’s in the condition that we sent it, we’ll refund you immediately back to your method you used to pay for it.

It is the customer’s responsibility to package the item properly before sending for returns. We recommend that our customers insure items to be returned to cover the possibility of any loss or damage in transit. We do not accept any liability until we have physically received the items.

Custom Orders & Special Order

Custom orders for unique items are Special Orders.  Special Order purchases are exempt from the standard Return and Refund Policy. No returns will be accepted except in the case of manufacturing defect or error covered by the official guarantee.
