D3-DeliveryFirstly, thanks for looking at our store and products. We are a local dive centre which aims to give divers the very best gear, with the best service at a reasonable price. It means a lot to us that you are here. So we try to be as up front as we can about delivery & shipping.

As a small store we try our hardest to make sure you’re happy. Please feel free to give us a call or email but here’s some handy information.

SHIPPING

We charge $15 flat rate shipping nationwide. We’d like to give everyone free shipping, but we offer the lowest prices we can and even though shipping is “free” from some stores, you have to pay for the costs somewhere hidden in the price of the goods.

Where possible we will send your items same day and by Next Day Delivery using the Star Track or Australia Post Express networks. For bulky items we have to use couriers and are always happy to deliver to a work address for convenience. We will send you email updates telling you that your goods are on the way and how they are sent so you can track them.

Please remember we are a local store and just a phone call or email away. We aim to get emails back to you the same day during normal business hours and are always happy to answer the phone. We’d like to say that we live on email, but we’re a busy shop and sometimes the old fashioned way is the best.

STOCK

Yes ! Our store shows our real time stock. Unlike other stores that simply show you an entire catalogue of what manufacturers offer and they order it in according to your purchase, we have stock that ships straight away for you. A few items are special order and we have to order them in, but where that is the case then we try hard to make sure that this is detailed on the product page.

Sometimes things do go astray and our system might report back stock that we do not hold, incorrect sizing. We’re human and where there is an issue, we’ll get back to you and let you know. We’re always happy to offer a full refund in those cases and of course our apologies.

DELIVERY

Our products are sent a number of different ways to make it both as economical but fast as possible. For smaller items we send this Star Track Premium Next Day orAustralia Post Next Day delivery in Express post bags and this usually means you will receive the item within 1-2 business days depending on your area. But some items are larger, bulky and don’t fit in post bags and we will have to send parcel post. This service is normally 3-4 business days. We may also use TNT, Couriers Please or other freight companies depending on the best way to get it there.

We know how difficult it is to deal with courier companies when sending items to residential addresses. Not many of us are fortunate enough to be able to stay in all day and wait for the knock on the door. That’s why we will always use Star Track or Australia Post for anything we can fit into a next day express satchel, so even if you miss your delivery you can collect from your local post office at your convenience (excluding bulky parcels).

Whichever method we use, we will email the tracking details for you once sent.

We’ll always try our best, but Australia is a large country and some areas are just not within next day networks or just take a long time to get there no matter how to we send it.
